ADMISSION PROCEDURE & FEE STRUCTURE

Admission is open to Indian Students only from Pre-School to IX.

Admission to new students in various classes shall be given in the third week of March and will be kept open up to 5th April but not beyond15th September except in cases of transfer from a recognized CBSE school. Such pupils shall be admitted at anytime during the academic year depending upon the availability of seats. In such cases, the gap between leaving the previous school and joining this school should not be more than a month.

All  applications for admission are to be made in the prescribed form with 2 copies of the parent's passport and Iqama, Transfer Certificate (Original), 2 copies of the student's passport size photograph, 2 copies of the Health Certificate, Birth Certificate of the student and Sponsor's no-objection certificate.

Parents on visit visa cannot seek admission for their wards.

Registration forms and prospectus can be obtained on all working days from the office on payment on SR.50/-.

Fill in the information required in the admission form and submit it along with the required documents to the school office.

After registration, an Entrance Test will be conducted on payment of SR.50/- to test the eligibility and placement of the student.

The Entrance Test will be for a duration of approximately 1.5 hours and the subjects for Admission test are as follows:

U.KG - English & Mathematics

Class I to VIII - English, Mathematics & Hindi

Class IX - English, Mathematics & any one of the II Language [ Hindi/Urdu/Arabic/French/Malayalam]

Minimum age elgibility as on 1st April of the academic session for which admission is sought.

Nursery - 3 years

L.KG - 3 years 6 months

U.KG - 4 years 6 months

Class I - 5 years 6 months

Class II onwards on the basis of the previous class.

The school will try to declare the results on the same day or next day after completing the scrutiny of answer scripts as it usually takes minimum of 3 hours.

If the child/children qualify in the entrance test, the parents along with the child/children should meet the Vice Principal for allotment of Class & Section.

Admission slip in duplicate will be issued of which one copy will be retained in the cash office and the other to the class teacher concerned.

Meet the Principal for the final approval.

After obtaining Principal's signature of approval, the fees as precribed in the prospectus can be deposited at the cash counter.

1.  CLASS : NURSERY / KG- CLASS VIII
      FIRST CHILD      : SR.325.00
      SECOND CHILD : SR.260.00  (20% Discount from the actual fee)
      THIRD CHILD      : SR.195.00  (40% Discount from the actual fee)
      FOURTH CHILD  : SR.162.00 (0% Discount from the actual fee)

2.  CLASS : IX - X
      FIRST CHILD        : SR.350.00
      SECOND CHILD* : SR.280.00  (20% Discount from the actual fee)
     * If the second child is studying in class IX

School Diary S.R.15/- per annum


TRANSPORTATION
Transportation fee S.R.150/- per month.
Transportation fee will not be charged for the summer vacation. Fee for the entire month during the term will be charged irrespective of days absent.
For change of route, discontinuing the facility, a written application should be submitted to the administration department at least 10-days in advance.


MISCELLANEOUS
T.C. Application(Minimum 15 days notice required) - S.R.50/- .
Bonafide Certificate / Duplicate(Minimum 15 days notice required) - S.R.25/-.
If the T.C is older than one month then fee will be collected for the lapsed period. For admission in II Term fee from August will have to be paid.

FEE PAYMENT RULES
A. Monthly fee should be remitted before the 10th of every month.
B. Late fee S.R.1/- per day if it exceeds the above date.
C. Fee once deposited will not be refunded.
D. The right of revision of fee structure is reserved with the Management.
E. Names of students who have not paid school fee for two consecutive months will be struck off the rolls. Re-admission can be sought only if the arrears are paid in full along with the penalty.
